StarWood Group Signs Scale AI Center to The Post Building, Fueling Growth in Downtown North St. Louis
ST. LOUIS – (August 13, 2025) – StarWood Group today announced it has signed a major lease with Scale AI, a leader in artificial intelligence, to locate Scale’s growing St. Louis AI Center inside the city’s historic Post Building. Along with recent successes at The Globe Building, the move validates the iconic downtown property’s role in the growing Geospatial sector with a leading-edge AI tenant. This marks an important milestone in the continued growth of the Downtown North district.
Scale AI will occupy approximately 8% of The Post Building, utilizing its state-of-the-art facility with advanced connectivity and collaborative workspaces. The company plans to open the doors to its new lab and welcome its workforce in October.
